Note-1: The recording "skipped" in two places: 23 seconds into the second introduction (Track 3) where the DJ is announcing the name of the previous tune, and again about 15 seconds into the fourth introduction (Track 5), where the announcer is introducing Miles Davis and his All-Stars. The flaws were repaired with a splice from an alternate source of the same recording.

Note-2: There was a gap of 0.22 seconds about 5:04 into Blackbird (Track 4). The flaw was repaired with a splice from an alternate source of the same recording.

Note-3: The mix (stereo image) changes abruptly about 2:48 into Straight, No Chaser.

Note-4: All of these flaws listed above were present in my source.
