The CD says Stereo Soundboard
Apparently this is part of the show that has been broadcasted seperately from the first part (I deduce this from the announcement in the 1st track "Radio Interview"). Losin doesn't mention the above tracks, while they appear on PeeWee's site after the tracks that are also on Losin's. So maybe this part hasn't been broadcasted at all. Anyone who knows for sure please let us know.

Lineage:
boot CD -> Alcohol 120% image (w subchannel data) -> EAC 95b4 -> FLAC v1.1.2a
Note: that EAC extraction has previously been tested on the CD before an alcohol image was created; with Alcohol set to break on any error this guaranteed a bit by bit copy of the CD (unlike ISO or NRG).

FLAC commandline used:
-o %d -8 -V --lax --no-padding -T TITLE="%t" -T ARTIST="%a" -T ALBUM="%g" -T TRACKNUMBER=%n -T GENRE="%m" -T DATE="%y" -T COMMENT="EAC 0.95pb4 & FLAC 1.1.2a" %s

Artwork:
Scanned images of front, back and CD are included

Enjoy!

I wouldn't mind at all if:
A.
someone would put up the radio broadcast of the first part of the show on the same date
Does anyone of our Norse friends have the broadcast? Or any interesting anecdotes about the show?
This must have been one of the highlights of Bergen's 1988 cultural year: short days, autumn storms, fishing season closed, and Miles doing a great (suppose so) show.

B.
Someone with sufficient knowledge of Norwegian could provide both a transcript in Norwegian as well as a translation in English of the interview and announcement part on track 1 (for me you could also choose French, German, Spanish or Dutch, though I may need to get out the dictonary).

Many thanks in advance
